Description: This collection of tubes looks like the wreckage of an alien space craft, but it's actually a futuristic sculpture by Art Jim. Commissioned by a forward thinking Burnley Council, the collection of tubes structure makes the strangest sounds when the wind blows, which is often around the location at Crown Point, on the moorland overlooking Burnley. Seen in the background is Pendle Hill, famous for the Pendle Witches of Lancashire. Maybe in the sculpture, the witches lives on.
